I’m not your average floral designer.
I’ve got grit
Have you ever heard of the phrase, “jack of all trades but a master of none?” Yeah…fits me. Or so I thought. I changed my major 4 times in college until I finally realized I was out of time and that teaching seemed to be like a pretty good fit. I loved teaching TO MY CORE. I loved and still love my kids. It wasn’t until I had my daughter 2 months early and spent 44 days in the NICU that I realized that my job was taking my health away from me and no one in admin cared. After maternity leave, I went back to school and everything was different. I left teaching middle school after 8 years and now I am blessed as a transaction coordinator for Tasha & Ryan Ellison after receiving my real estate license. I have been able to learn from many floral professionals and freelancers and get my hands dirty so that I can make your special day perfect.
Meant to be?
My sister in law trusted me enough to help create centerpieces for her ceremony. I dove in researching, contacting local florists, and learned some tips and tricks. I loved it. I really did!
It all began with helping someone I love and now I want to help make everyone’s wedding floral dreams come true. Whether it be a large celebration with multiple installations or an intimate elopement ceremony, I would be honored to make your day even more special.
“The arrangements are absolutely elegant! I would not hesitate to use and recommend The Happy Hydrangea! She is also very sweet.”
